Processing Time
- After the order has been placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by transportation delays, invalid address, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed

Undelivered Shipments
In the instance that shipping company tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@thetjcollectibles.com. A refund will not be issued.

- Handmade By TJ will charge Taxes (Taxes may include GST(Goods and Service Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax), HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) and QST(Quebec Sales Tax) where applicable) in advance when you place the order.
